Pelvic floor excersise!

Indeed i am!!! im only 20 and i dont want ANY leakages!!
 
I try and do at least 10 a day, asign it to something you do everyday and that way you wont forget :lol:
 
I do, i really have no choice though my pelvic floor is so weak from having the children that ive got a slight prolapse, but they said being pg again is fine as long as i do the pelvic floor exercises and i can have a repair after.
i never done them when i had my first so its my fault really.
 
Lets try to keep this post near the top because when I see it I remember to do a few! :cheer: (not that I am sure that I am doing them right though! :oops: )
 
Sally the best way I can describe doing pelvic floor is like when you want to stop a fart coming out because it really is an inapproriate moment :rotfl:

It's a feeling of pulling up, holding it for 5sec to begin with and do 10 pull ups on each one, eventualy you will be able to hold between 10 and 20 secs.

Really you should do 10 at a time as many times in the day as you can, so if you assign with something you do a lot, then try and do them then.
