Me and my partner are TTC with Home insemination. she has polocystic ovaries syndrome which preoves it to be difficult to concieve and have regular menstrual cycles.

any advice would be spiffing!

How long are her cycles? Does she know if she ovulates? I would recommend getting bloods done to check to see if she ovulates. Some PCOS women do ovulate and are just as fertile as women without PCOS. Some women, like me, do not ovulate and need to take hormone stimulating medication to do so.

Yes she definately does ovulate. as her periods have become alot more regular over the past few years. she tends to know within herself when she oulates but we do also se ovulation tests before going through with the home insemination.

If she's ovulating then there's not much else she can do unless she has something else that is stopping her from falling pregnant. If you haven't been trying for long then I'd keep at it until you've been TTC for 6months - if you've been trying for longer than this then maybe you should speak to your GP.

I've just Ben diagnosed with pcos, my periods are always regular 26-28 days

I've been ttc for around 1 1/2 years on and off due to medical issues

I'm seeing a consultant in the next few weeks to fiqure out my next step on ttc

Good Luck x
