My daughter was born with two clicky hips and has to wear a pavlik harness for approx the first three months of her life, up till now we havent had any problems with it, changing nappies are a bit awkward as you have to put the nappy under the harness straps but we have managed ok. I have just started using real nappies on her (all in ones) and they all leak!! so i tried a bumgenius one which are supposed to be quite good, they leak around the legs and the bumgenius one leaks up her back!! I am wondering if it because of the harness they are leaking as her legs have to be up all the time, her knees are bent and up towards her chest.
