But i need the one that you DONT need to be able to remove the hooks.
Its basically because madam has become an escape artist... doenst matter how tight i tighten her shoulder straps, she must dislocate her shoulder or something
as she is out of them straps wtihin seconds of being fastened in... i tighten them EVERY time she gets in and she STILL gets out
