BABY GIRL she was born this morning at 11:38 she did it all without any pain relief until the last push when she had gas and air.

Just had another text from Paula they're home now with baby she weighs 7lb 1oz they don't have a name yet but here's a photo. She's gorgeous Paula well done you.
