Party ideas?

My little baby Toby is now so not little!! He's gonna be 1 in December and we are having a family party in the local village hall to celebrate with close friends and family. We will have kids ranging from 16 to 6 there, one "yr old and Toby.

Any ideas for entertainment?? Would just a simple disco be the best option do you think?? Or can anyone think of something more exciting? NOT a bouncy castle!!!!

we had a magician at our wedding to help entertain the kids at the evening reception, and although they thought he was great they were happy enough with the disco b4 he arrived.
Personally I would go for the disco and a few party games, they will love it .
