Panicking

So my lo is now 7 months and I'm getting what feel like kicks on my left side. My husband can even feel them when he puts hand there. Been getting them on and off for a couple of weeks. It feels exactly the same as baby kicking it's really weird.
Anyone else get this after pregnancy especially after so long?
I really don't think I'm pregnant.
