1 with syrup

Should have stuck to 4 but my eyes were bigger than my belly

I have just had some with cheese and mushrooms.

Will have sweet pancakes later with nutella, maple syrup, possibly bananas or mandarin segments.

1 x lemon curd
1x maple syrup

and I also had pancakes with the kids I look after yesterday!!!

I love pancakes...in fact might have to make some more later...

If I didn't have a stomach bug I'd have a mega birthday pancke, with Nutella and Marshmallow. Then one with lemon and sugar, then one with jam and then one with a candle instead of a cake.

Roll on feeling better, I'll have a belated pancake day.
