Pains for 2 days constant

well for the past 2 days ive had a constant pain in my tummy, sometimes lil sharp ones down below, and then aching pains all over my tummy. i havent really felt much movement with baby as i normally do just a few niggles here and there. my back is in agony too, any idea what this pain might be? i took paracetemal but that didnt help ease anything..any ideas girls? I have a midwife appointment monday i will defo mention it, just wanted any opinions ?X

also my cervix feels rly sore and theres alot of pressure on there, midwife did tell me babys head was engaged but she didnt measure it as 1/5, 2/5 or whatever as she wasnt my main midwife, she just gave a quick check, didnt even use my notes, maybe its because hes engaged? but surely it shudnt be so painful? sometimes the pains are so shocking that i just shout OWWWW out loud

Oh dear Do not know what to suggest, but if you really are in that much pain I would ring your midwife now rather than wait till Monday!

i have been getting exactly the same, it really hurts doesn't it. im really confused with it all, dont know if im starting to go into labour or not, spoke to mw this morning she said it was just the head getting engaged, she said keep an eye on little mans movements, hope you feel better soon xxxxxxxxxxx and i hope its the start of something for you

Could it be Braxton Hicks? Other than that I wouldn't know what to suggest only that you get to see someone soon.
