Painful twinges around ovary area? (not in 2ww)

Does anyone else get these?

I've noticed pain around the ovary area a few times in the last few months - yesterday the area was hurting (can be from a few seconds to a continuous hurt of about 20s), AF is over & I'm a week from ovulating so no obvious hormonal reason for this.

Would love to put my mind to rest!

Ah - I meant (exceptionally unclearly, oops!) I seem to get it throughout my cycle - used to notice it in the 2ww but now outside as well, and it's not a pregnancy sign in my case

Oooooooh I see! Could the twinges be coming from your bowel? I find when I need the loo I pain rumbling that seem to come from that area? x

I think it would be worth going and saying to your Dr about it. x

I had this and my doc sent me for ultrasound and it showed I have free fluid in my uterus area. Waiting on a gynae referral now for it looking into

I'm not keen on visiting the doctor so will give it a couple of months and see if it goes away/gets worse. Hopefully the first!
