Need some advice on sleeping 😴
I'm just over 12 weeks Pregnant, I have had severe pains in my lower stomach an pelvic bone.
Had an early scan due to not being able to walk from these pains but all is okay with baby.
When I sleep, I get so uncomfortable. In certain places I can barely move again 🙈
I don't know what I can do to make it less painful for me to sleep..
Any advice would be great thank you x

Get a pillow and put it in between your legs to align your hips :)

sounds like spd, no cure but they can send you to physio and provide you with a bump band, may also be worth buying one of the fabric ones to sleep in. the hospital ones are super uncomfortable. They are 3 for a tenner from asda, they where a life saver for me, they also stopped some of the sickness. xx
