Well.. i have had the old hip ache for a long time its not killing me but its a dull ache. But this last week i have had this pain on the inside of my tighs, like right up in the groin area.. its not painful if im still, but if i get up to walk about or if i turn in bed.. Mainly if i have been still for a while, then it hurts when i start to move.
Its almost like when you have done exercise, the pain you get after cuz your muscles are not used to it
should i just wait it out?
