pain?

im got pain in the bottom of my belly, not sure how to describe it.. abit like constipation & abit like period pain.. if i lie down baby pushs down on something & its even more painfull.. i doubt im constipated as ive had runs for a day or 2(TMI Sorry) anybody else had this or know what it is? xx

Hi hun....you can have the runs and still be constipated. Faecal fluid is the body's way of trying to shift stuff. If you have a gentle laxative like fibogel or something it might be worth a try xxxxxxxxx
