Pain in my tummy

I pulled a muscle in my tummy a few weeks ago, and it keeps hurting now and then. Its so uncomfy, cant sit up, turn or even laugh without it hurting. Its the size of a golf ball, and just to the right of my belly button, I cant quite feel it as such, feels like its inside (if that makes sense??? lol). Ive tried rubbing and putting heat on it, but nothings helping, any advice anyone???

ouchie... what a nightmare! Have you spoken to the midwife about it?

She will probably be best at advising you on the safest way to ease the pain.

Agree....check with your midwife and soon cos that will interfere with your labour.....

Thanx girls, I would contact her, but shes away, again, lol and Im not gonna get to see her again til 5 days before baby is due... Shes been a bit of a pain in the amount of time shes been away, I may try and contact one of the other midwives in her team... I doubt they can do much tho...
