Pain in lower back and sides

I was in quite a pain yesterday and it seems still be here today. Haven't experienced anything like this before. It is my lower back and mg sides, sometimes it's like cramping in my bladder. Can it be kidneys? Should I get an appointment with a gp?

Sounds like a water infection to me, I'd take a sample to your midwife or gp xxx

My gp wouldn't give me an emergency appointment.

Just left a msg for my midwife, my gp practice is not very good- I told them i am pregnant and I am in pain- they told me to phone back after 2 pm!
