Pain after PUL

So had a PUL in january lost naturally, I have had one cycle since. During the pregnancy I had sharp burning pain in lower right side which went after I finished bleeding. They did ?ectopic at the time but no sign on transvaginal scan, hcg levels followed from 800 to 120.

I had a positive opk on Sunday and the past 24 hours I have this pain back with some cramping, my question is has anyone else had this following a miscarriage,could it be normal ovulation which is sore due to scar tissue? Do I need to worry? Could it be implantation?

Hi there, not sure what cause could be, something like cysts on ovaries springs to mind, but could be other things. Have you got any further tests planned, have you spoken to our gp? Hope you get some answers and a sticky bean in the right place soon. X
