pain advice

i was on my way home from work and all of a sudden ive got this crippling pain that feels like heatburn but im not sure what it is or where it is, it kinda goes from top of belly then to the bottom and also got that hot cold feeling,

Really dont knopw if to persevere with it or what,

I don't know what that could be but if your still concerned get in contact with your MW she should be able to help you. Hope your feeling better!

i rang nhs direct and they werent much help, said it was heartburn but seems to have gone now thankfullly so just fingers crossed and luckily i work in a hospital so should be ok if im concerned xxx
