does spd give you a pain in your bump?

ive googled my symptoms and its saying spd everytime but im not sure..

if ive been sat for a long time or when i get up in the morning after lying down all night or if ive been walking for a while i get a really uncomfortable pain which goes down the bottom right hand side of my bump, in my right hip and the bottom of my spine/top of my bum really hurts!!

any ideas?

xx

hey hunni

Well ive just been diagnosed with SPD and my bump doesnt hurt at all???

You sure its not just ligament pain from if you move a bit faster than you should?? That can be quite painful??

How are you anyway?? xx

i dont know :( im not sure if its my hip that hurts but feels like its in my bump if that makes sense!

apart from this pain keeping me awake im alright thanks, how about you?! spent the day at my brothers army barracks today so have been on my feet since 7:30am...prob why its more painful than normal tonight! xx

Yeah you should take it easy hun :)

I was gonna bbm you earlier to see how friday went? x

i dont know much about this hun but just wanted to say i hope it eases down for you :hugs: xx

I've had this too I find sleeping with a pillow between your legs helps and try not to stay in same position for too long sitting down..
I find if I've gently walked for a short while it's like a sharp pain low right on bump/hip.. Teamed with right butt cheek pain lol!
If it doesn't go or ease off when u rest /change positions then maybe see ur mw..

is this the pain you get on your pubic bone when ligaments are relaxing? if it is i get this i find it more painful after walking lots, at the moment its bearable but im worried it will get worse as bump grows? will it get easier? does this happen or will it stay this way? i know you can have physio for it.

Sorry to hear you're in pain! Sounds more like ligament pain or sciatica to me, though. Have you tried a warm bath?
