I'm feeling like a nervous wreck today. Don't get me wrong I'm not sad, I just feel really weepy.

Is this normal? I'm not a weepy person normally!

Hi,

I was like this yesterday and Saturday. Had a good old cry about several things. Seem to be alright on the emotional front today though.

Hormones!!

Heather x

I would say it was meant to be, and getting it out is much better for you, and I do hope it turns around and you have some happy days now too, very BIG hugs, if you feel it, it's normal

Have a good cry, youl feel better!i have days like it too, nd find iget weepy watching sloppy films at the mo! my ubby is staying well away!

I've noticed my emotions are very close to the surface and the slightest little thing and I'm bawling my eyes out :rotfl: . We were in Dublin a couple of weeks ago and my niece was making her first holy communion the day we were due to come back so we went to see her at the church on our way to the ferry and as soon as I saw her I cried my eyes out everyone got a great laugh out of it - and her sisters kept asking my why I was crying.!!!! I think its just natural hun you just have to let the tears come.

Yes, Yes i am saying its normal! well thats what i have been telling my poor hubby  i have been up and down. Bless youx

My hubby just laughs at me! He thinks my hormones are hysterical :D

Glad I'm not the only one then...bloomin' homones!

I think its also partly because I'm off work now and feel a bit bored and lonely.

I gess your missing work and friends then sweetie? I know how you feel, you need a pick me up, go and treat yourself to something nice, a little retail therapy alwasy sorts me out!
If not grab a great dvd and raid your frigde! choccie alwasy gives me a little pick me up :D

i think so i'v been up & down during my pregnancy.

if u need to cry, u really should- even if u feel silly- its the natural way to release all the stress hormones in the tears. stress hormones better out than in!

I sometimes feel like this too HelloKitty. It's just normal I expect as we have so many different hormones charging around at the moment.

If I watch something on the pregnancy or baby channel that can set me off crying too.

Here's some hugs to comfort you

Aww honey
Totally normal! Not long to go now darlin x

Thanks everyone.

I was thinking of getting a pedicure actually...my toenails need cutting and I'm not sure I trust DH to do it!

I suppose pedicures are ok when pregnant? :?

I think pedicures whilst pregnant are ok - and a very nice way of getting a bit of pampering plus having something useful done (like cutting toenails). My OH did mine once and I struggled to do them last time but it took ages and I got really out of breath. Having someone do them professionally is a great idea. :D

I am really emotional all the time too.... especially at anything to do with pregnancy and hcildren etc..

But bizarely despite crying a lot all the time, I had to go to the opticians at the weekend as my eyes are really dry and I am not producing enough tears to keep my eyes moistened, so have artifical tear eye drops!

Well i woke up this morning and my hair look awful, so what happened i burst into tears! So i went down tonw etc to job center and walked past a hair dressers, went in and manged to get my hair done there and then and now i look and feel like a million quid!
That has saved my hubby a day of my tears and hormones!

Proves you needa pick me up

Oh this is soooo normal, i cry every day, i said i have baby blues before the baby :D

Thank goodness OH knows its just because i've had enough, gives me a cuddle and a cup of tea :D

I wish i ws as easilt pleased, a cup of tea would certainly be cheaper then a hair cut!

I feel alot better today, although still struggling with sad songs etc!

Glad your haircut cheered you up Mrs tommo22, I did that one last week though!

I dont know what will be next, colours i think next time as my hairdresser kept saying id look good with colur!
Roll on the next bad day so hubby can pay for that too! :D :rotfl:
