Over done it!

I only have myself to blame for walking lots yesterday but I am in agony!!! My poor back is aching so much, I have had 2 lots of pain killers and don't want to take anymore yet. TMI WARNING I also come back to work today after a week of bed rest which isn't helping me and before I left this morning I had white discharge which was slightly watery too but not much. I have a massive pad on now but can't see anymore discharge. Baby is moving fine and I've not got any cramp feelings but wish I was snuggled up in bed and back would stop hurting x
