Hi ladies, I remember a few names here. I had a daughter aged 41 with a 20 year gap. A super long time trying so I always think keep going as long as you can. We had ttc for a year or so but gave up last year. However, I am now on CD 33 . Af is late for sure, i have had a 28 day cycle all year. I have been convinced periods coming since last Thursday as have had cramps. I am not testing as we have only dtd once this month (had to check that with hubby). We have a cruise booked later this year and had a difficult year with family death and illnesses. So really we haven't been ttc. I am wondering how long I can go without testing. Convinced myself it just can't be.

Regular 28 day cycles is a sign of fertility. You could be...it only takes once.

Hi ladies, yes Claire that was me in the October 2014 I had my daughter. Hi Nicky, hope your son is doing ok. I remember he got ill same time as my eldest was diagnosed with a heart condition. I have done a cheap test earlier and it is negative so thinking af will arrive sometime. I just feel yuck, I have cramps in tummy everyday but no period. Sleeping early, waking super early, really thirsty all the time. My hormones are out of whack.

I want to add I had no pregnancy tests today and initially had used an opk test which is positive. so am I ovulating?
I never get a line near AF. I know I have been a poas addict before. So I am a bit confused. the tests I got this afternoon are just cheap ones and so I will try again tomorrow with fmu. If AF doesn't appear.

I'll put money on it that you are pregnant Augustus. When I caught pregnant my ovulation tests were dark positive from 10dpo. xx

Sorry ladies, been mad busy. I tested two days ago and a bfn. I was a bit surprised to be honest . I still have no period, cramps, hot, bloating coming and going. Feel pretty rubbish overall. I now haven't had a period since the 23rd of last month. CD 36 today. Fed up. Any clues ladies, it's been over a year since I had a long cycle and 35 is the maximum. Maybe AF will arrive at the weekend...

What tests are you using Augustus ?. Have you done another ovulation test ?. If ovulation tests are now negative I would say it was a late ovulation, possibly from stress ?, too much exercise, or as we get into our 40's our cycles can change. If ovulation test is still positive I really wouldn't count yourself out just yet, maybe test again with a frer ?. xx
