Ov twice this month!

I figured I was out this month... has positive OPK on cd5, and all signs/symptoms say I Ov'd on day 6... which is not unusual for me (v short cycles) and I've read most likely leads to an immature egg being released.
But I kept doing OPKs, and got negatives on day 6-10, but then started getting all the usual Ov signs, and hey presto, positive OPK again on day 11!!

I didn't think this was possible, but just found this article:

So turns out it's not that rare after all!
The moral of the story... don't stop 'trying' after you get your first OPK

yayyyy I was nearly right after all! here was my reply to your Early OV post a week or so ago!!

Bead, how long are your cycles? longer than normal, you don't think your body gears up for ovulation then doesn't and then ovulates fully and releases an egg later in the cycle?


So pleased, now you have twice as many chances to concieve!! yippee
