ov pain

when do you get ovulation pain? before during or after?? or all of those?
as my cycles are between 34-37 im not sure when ill be ovulating - opks are negative past 3days not a hint of a line!
i have inflamatory bowel disease so often get tummy pains/pains in sides etc etc
but ive come to work and i have a pain in my right side doesnt feel like usual bowel pains. could i be getting pre ovulation pains??
