i have a stitch in left hand side of bump at top and it bloody hurts lol, i was getting period like pains before in my back and front now i got this bloody stitch pain

Mee too but on the right!! I think we need to prop pillows under bump when sleeping cos its happened to me before and I mentioned it to my physio and she said I leerally need to be surrounded in pillows! Unfortunately for me they drive me insane and I throw them away within 2 mins... Then I wonder why I have like a stitch pain..... Keep an eye on your cramps though - that does sound promising!!

Probs hormones and the weight of the bump. I feel in so much pain, all my pelvic bones are hurting and I have been getting period cramps for a week now. Really tired

BTW do you think its ok to take paracetamol if it gets bad?
