Hey ladies!
Popped into town earlier, walking around and almost as soon as I got out of the car and started walking, I got the most uncomfortable twingey pain right down low in my tummy - quite painful! Even though I've never been one for exercise, I wasn't walking fast or 'over-doing it' at all, just normally walking.. It seemed to get worse the more I walked.

I'm thinking the baby was laid in an awkward position or muscles stretching?

Anyone had this??

xx

I've had this fairly early on in my pregnancy and my sister (who has had two pregnancies) says it's because your muscles often relax in order to grow (if that makes sense!) so they really feel it if you make sudden movements or overstretch?
I wouldnt worry about it, just take everything slow :) x

Ah thankyou for that! It had me really worried xx

I used to feel it when I stood up too quick or reached up high for something, now I still might do these things, just 10x slower!!
