Tonight something new and just GREAT has started to happen. I am getting a pain in one of my nipples that basically feels like someone is stabbing me with a little knife, on fire! The skin looks fine, so I think it is more internal. Has anyone else gotten this? It's making me yell out a little every time it happens.

I have times when my nipple(s) feel like they are suddenly on fire and are so painful its not funny. Especially when I was in 2nd tri. Got it a lot. Usually when in a public place and all I want to do is rip my clothes off and stick slices of cucumber on my nipples and not move
