ouch...........my bottom. Any other new mums ?????

Hi ladies. sorry i havnt been on in ages. just wondered if anyone could share there experiences with me........just so i know im not the only one going through this.
Since having my baby 4 weeks ago , when i go for a poo (tmi) it really hurts, and when i mean really hurts i mean i literally need to bite the radiator to try and ease pain......weird i know.
The thing is my stiches have been fine and have been causing me no grief at all and they seemed to have healed....it is just my bum and only when i go for a number 2.
I remember this happening with my 1st too and it did pass eventually but it is so painful i hate going to the toilet.
Anyone know what this might be, and if its my stitches why is it causing grief all of a sudden when i have been peeing and pooing for weeks.
If anyone can shed any light i would be most greatful

Piles hun! Could be a tear in your bum but sounds like piles to me! Very common while pushing babs out to strain too much and get piles! (I have them and it still hurts me when I go toilet ) But try some anusol! It does help! If it doesnt go tell your doc as a few ladies on here posted about this the other week and some had to have surgery! Im going for me 6 week check tomorrow and will mention it to my docs then! Though its got a lot better since using anusol!

ooh I have this problem already and havent even had baba yet!! I need 2 invest on some anusol. I dread goin for a poo and I feel lyk I need 1 all the time at the mo spose jst wi baba engaging. What us poor girls have 2 go thru!!

o right...............i have heard of piles but i was always a bit naive as to what they were.
I cant seem to feel or see anything and how far do you have to put the cream in silly questions but i aint got a clue

The cream comes with an applicator so its easier to apply!

I had this problem too. It still hurts sometimes but has calmed down loads and i think i'm on my way to recovery now

yep im having this problem still nearly 12 weeks from having Ruby. i have been to docs twice and they have said i have a tear on my bum, does it feel like your pooing glass? its that painful for me, i nearly pass out. i find it very hard to make myself go to the toilet because of the pain and so cannot eat properly as im scared to go to the toilet. i have some cream and lactolose to use but its not working. what did everyone else do to get rid of it? i am soo depressed bcoz of it

I wince when I poop its that painful, I dread going!

Leanne- that is exactly how i feel, the pain is so unbearable its almost like im giving birth again. i have been using the cream but nothing yet. i almost wish every morning that i dont have to go where its so painful.
I am just concerned about the ammount of blood that i have with it though its quite alot. when i wipe myself its almost like i am mid period. is that about right ????

Sounds like piles to me. I had mild piles during my pregnancy but afterwards they got worse. Still having trouble every so often from them. I found Anusol helped a lot.
