OPK help!

Stopped pill on 19th April, had a withdrawel bleed from 22nd - 26th April.

Bought sme OPKs so thought I would give them a go but all have been negative and I thought perhaps I should wait until my first proper period since stopping the pill and then start testings.

Well curiosity has got the better of me and so I have still been testing but thought they would still be negative, but today I have got a very faint line I am all excited now!! I have had some funny period type pains, so thought AF was on its way, but maybe ovulation pains?

Am I right in thinking that this line should get darker over the next few days? it is very faint but there is definately a line there. I am going away this weekend on a hen weekend so I hope if it does get darker it does it before the weekend else I will miss the chance to

Hi Coolbeans

Ah the joys of OPKs! Everyone is different but I usually get a dark line the day after a faint line, so you should expect to see something more soon!

Also, testing at different times of the day gives different results (I got a negative OPK at 10am this morning but by midday it was positive)

Lol I might have to take some to work tomorrow!! I have been testing between 5pm & 6pm when I get home from work, but think I might do one at midday tomorrow.

My eyes of gone all funny, I keep staring at it just hope it is a faint line and not my eyes!

Did OPK test this morning (I know shouldn't really use FMU but could help myself!), much stronger line but still not as dark as test line. Going to test at midday and then again when i get home. DH won't know what's hit him tonight

i never had an OPK as dark as the control line!! fingers crossed for you xx

Hi guys, OPK test line is still almost as dark as control line. Should I expect it to go lighter again over the next couple days? Really hope we get BFP! We go to Mexico the day AF is due so I think I'm going to take some HPTs with me!!
