OPK advice please

Hi

Sorry if this is a silly thing to be asking but i'm just starting to use OPK and so far have had a negative result, I should be 14 days into my cycle on Monday so expecting positive around then but just wanted to ask, will the result suddently be a positive or will it be a faint line getting stonger every day until the same as the other line?

it depends on you hun, for me i get 2 mega good lines for a couple of days then it dwindles off but before ov i get nothing? i know girls on here get a gradual fade to darker lines though x

I echo what Lynette just said about it being different for everyone, after a few months of monitoring you will learn what happens for you personally and your cycle etc but for me.. This month I started using OPKs from day 10 & have had faint lines ever since which gradually got darker around the time of ovulation.. Lines have now started to fade away again now i'm 4dpo x

well, I am so glad I chose to follow the advice on here and try OPK's and Evening Primrose Oil tablets. The OPK came up as a faint positive today so I guess it should be tomorrow (or it might be today and just a rubbish test as it's a cheap one!!) but I am 18 days into my cycle and I have been BDing from day 10 to day 14/15 so have been too early before, no wonder we havent got preggers yet!!!! AAARRRGGGHHHH!!!! DOH!

Anyway, my EWCM is looking good too and it is usually fairly non existent so I definately recommend the Evening Primrose Oil tablets too, will stop taking them now though as I am about to OV.

Ladies, I am hoping that this could be the month for me so I send you all lots of baby dust and hope some of it may hit me too!!
