I do not think name Elza is worth of risk. To my mind it's not that beautiful. And too popular right now in addition. So i would not use it. There are so many beautiful names around

I agree with you!-)) I have heard so many times in the internet: I am going to name my baby Elsa; I have named my baby Elsa.... The prev year was the year of Elsa babies!))

I really like Elsa - I have seen it as quite a popular name so a lot of other obviously think so too I've also seen it spelt as Ailse which I think might be Irish - that would be a more unusual spelling but you'd probably constantly be having to spell it to people or have people saying it wrong which might get annoying x
