Opinions on BD days please!

Right, we are now entering our 12th month of TTC and if I dont catch this month, we are going to have to go to the docs for investigations

I have a pretty regular cycle, the last 4 being, 26, 28, 28 and 27 and last year when I did OPKs, I nearly always Ov'd on day 14.

So the question is: if we BD every other day, based on Ov on day 14, should we BD on odd or even cycle days?

i voted even.
its always best to BD on hte day you ovulate wherter is just before the egg is released or just after. As you probably know the egg only lives for 12-24 hours so then you are ensuring that there is definatly a high quantity of sperm getting to the egg asap .

have you tried charting?

i was in the same position as u didnt know my ovulation dates. i used to think it was around 14th day.

i tried charting (my first time) and found that i ovulated between day 16 - 18. suprise suprise i got my bfp

I voted odd because I always think that ovulation occurs in the morning and BD'ing the night before, does that make sense?

I only mention it as maybe sometimes trying something completely different will just make something happen,
