one bad one good

i thought it might be nice to rant and then say one positive about today

my boobs itch on the inside!!!!!! RRRGH i wanna scratch but cant get to it, damn this thrush, i had to buy canasten and daktarin for feet to use on them as theyre the only antifungal creams asda had, theyre the exact same as what the doctor gave me for thrush so i figured they would do. also my car boot jammed shut after i had got home and so i had to empty my boot from the seat, not easy in a ford KA lol.

on the positive side Alyssa has been really smiley and good today, i got up early, she woke naturally and weve had a little routine of feed, change, play, feed, nap going quite consistently. not had to top her up at all yet today and shes been giving me big smiles when shes finished her wake up feed then lying on her changing mat kicking away happily for 10 mins, then having a lil chat with me and then another feed and sleeping again. every 2 hrs or so this repeats so shes only awake for 20 mins that arent spent eating but probably like an hour and a half tops of awake time if i include the feeds too then sleeping for 2 hours or so. its been really nice. i love routine and logical patterns so it makes me happy to have one going.

lol its just happened today. i do hope its a good routine that i can carry on and yeah its sooo annoying to wanna scratch your boobs off and having them ache and hurt when feeding but im that bloody stubborn.
as for the smiles its only happened a couple of times but she looks at me and gets a massive grin on her face so i know its not wind but dont know if she actually knows what shes doing yet lol as she looks puzzled when i smile back

We have had a right day of it!!!! Very unsettled and overtired resulting in screaming baby after bath and getting herself do worked up she was sick after feed!!! Why do they do this to themselves. She been pumping loads so I reckon she just been a bit off colour too. Better day tomorrow hopefully.

She in bed now and I am sat in salt bath trying to heal my bits!!! X

Rant - this morning with a grizly moaning baby I was trying to get the housework while oh sat on the sofa watching telly

Good - while putting her to bed he washed up, cleaned the kitchen & made the bottles........he NEVER does anything without me having a complete meltdown at him first lol
