last night i was sitting on our bed feeding aiden his bedtime bottle.. i was just talking away to john when he said - "oh my god, don't turn around.."

whats the first thing you do when someone says that? :wall:

there was the biggest spider on the wall behind me :( i am not joking it was huge, i have never seen a house spider so big

we slept downstairs bc john tried to kill it last night, but it ran away, so we just left it. i was sitting crying my eyes out bc i got such a fright. this morning john went back up and he had left a pile of clothes in the corner of the room, it was on his jeans :puke: he hoovered it up :cheer:

he took a picture of it last night, and i'm going to post it, just so you can all see how big it actually was, i still can't really look at it bc it gives me the creeps :(

i'll post it below this so DON'T scroll down if you don't want to see it!

:rotfl: I do that too. Even better, if they are high up on a wall I hold the cat up to it who will knock it to the floor with her paws and then the dog, who is waiting eagerly on the floor, eats them :rotfl:

OMG if i saw that i would move out- serious!! that is well scary!

god bless the hoover

hate to say this but the hoover doesnt always kill them!

They curl up in a tight lil ball and then climb out later if its a bagless.....

How do i know this? ...I watched a lil blighter climb out my hoover once...He didnt last long though once the yellow pages landed on his head!

 sea-fairy is that true?

I find covering the in fly spray does the trick too MWWAAAAHHHHAAAAAHAAAAA!!!!!

I heard conkers in corners of the room work well, they hate the smell

you can get spray, which keeps them out if you spray door ways, its meant for caravens but works well in the home

OMG!!! That is huge!!!

I wouldn't dare take a picture of a spider incase it got scared of the flash and dropped on the floor! At least while it's on the wall you know where it is!! x
