i havent got my matb1 form yet..

arghhhh will i get one on wednesday if i ask at the consutants or do i have to see my own midwife.. i dont see her as im under hospital care!

need it for work otherwise i aint gonna get any pay for smp...

Just get it off your reg m/w sss. I bet your old work aint said nothing to you about your smp, look at how they treated you while you worked for them.

No one offered my MATB1 form. Eventually I had to email my GP and ask her for it otherwise I wasn't going to have it in time to inform my work.

I had to make a special trip in to pick it up. So if you haven't had it yet and you think you should, then chase them cause they probably won't be proactive themselves.

thats just the point though mrs_tommo22 i dont see my own midwife and i have just tried getting an appointment to see her for it and cant get in for 5 weeks and by then it will be to late will have to get it tommorrow off the consultant i think, and pray hje will give me it..

and work are still messing me about with maternity pay etc i bet its cos i havent given them the form...

You should be able to get the MatB1 from your consultant SSS, or your GP, or even the nurse at the surgery if no one else can help.

I never get to see my surgery MW either.

how stupid am i.. i went for my appointment yesterday and totally forgot about asking for my matb1..

gonna ring midwifes tommorrow and see if she can do me one to pick up..
