OMG I just smashed a mirror!!

I can't believe it, I am the worlds biggest worrier as it is and I have just smashed a mirror. I was doing my hair in the kitchen and opened a cupboard door and the mirror fell off and smashed. I am so scared that I am going to have years of bad luck now can anybody reassure me or help.

I am sweating now convinced bad things are going to happen

There is no way the breaking of an item can link to bad luck.

Unless you cut your hand on the broken mirror, that's the only thing
