Hi everyone

I have a little question: 550mg of Omega 3 Pure fish oil which consists of; Omega 3 - 185mg, EPA - 95mg and DHA - 64mg, is this ok during pregnancy? and at these levels??
I have no idea! :wall:

Sorry i dont know but i would ask your doctor and dont assume it is ok.
You can get enough omega from tinned sardines or salmon.
Also you can get pregnacare with omega 3 which would have the right amount in.

i take omega 3 as i dont eat meat or fish but no idea what amounts are!

Ok Pregnacare - 300mg DHA - 60mg EPA and 10mg AA. All of which consists of: 600mg of pure fish oil. The Fish Oil I have started taking (as said already) is Omega 3 - 185mg, EPA - 95mg and DHA - 64mg all at 550mg
Do you think this is ok? perhaps not enough but too much??

K x
