Olive Oil - is it neat or diluted?

Sorry stupid question, but Amelia is 12 days old and she has dry skin on her hands feet and just above her nappy line...do I massage olive oil straight in or do we dilute it with water??

I have tried baby oil in the water of her bath but to no affect.

Any advice please!

I bought a little bottle from the chemist and used it straight onto AJ's skin.
I also put a few drops in his bath and it worked well for his dry skin. x

I used oilatum in the bath and the cream as well and it cleared up really well. I didn't want to use olive oil as i don't like the smell (I think you use it neat) x

i use it neat.

helped her dry skin on hands and feet but gave her little pimples on her cheeks from where she touches her face! so i stopped using it for a few days and the pimples and dry skin went away!
