Welll oligospermia even the moderate form you still have 10 million spermies per ml and so there are some in there.
What does dr say is next step? is oh on men vitamins and shorts!!

It's due to him having surgery for undescended testes as a child

Hiya hun massive we too have been told it'd be a miracle if we conceived naturally so we r waiting to be referred for ICSI. My hubby had extensive varicoceles which he's jus had removed but we hav been told there's a good chance this won't help his fertility much as his sperm count is so low. We wer also in shock and devastated as IVF/ICSI is the last thing anybody really wants to go thru. But the more ivbread up on it and spoke to some lovely ladies on this site the more positive I've become about the whole thing. Pm me of u ever need to vent xxx
