Old milk

Just made a bottle for my 13 days old daughter and my husban accidentally started to feed. Her an old bottle from four hours ago! She porb had a good 60ml or so, has anyone done this? Will she get ill? It had the cap on but says on carton that it only lasts two hours? If its still in carton in fridge it lasts 24 hours. Really hope she doesn't get a runny bum
