OK stupid Question re 7DPO and scans

Hi

On Thursday I am having a scan on my kidneys (The Drs are trying to find out why I keep getting loads of UTIs) and I will be 7DPO on Thursday.

Last year I had a kidney scan and she picked up my coil when that was in.


Would the scan show anything at all if I have concieved?

if they go round that side they would see the sac even if you couldnt see anything in it yet i thik that would be visable

Thanks, I thought that may be a possibility.

Not sure if the scanning person would say anything to me if she saw anything, I'm a bit worrried about asking her incase she thinks I'm a wally. I might just say in passing that we are TTC and see if she ask me any questions.

Not sure really, depends how they do the scan on kidneys, I've no idea.
I had an internal scan last week when I was 4wks 3days pg, and to be honest, after some rooting around, there was a tiny dark blob where the baby should start to develop. At 7dpo it can't be more than a collection of cells so could be hard to find.
