erm... I remember when I wee, but the I've heard you shouldn't stop your flow when your pregnant as it increases your chances of getting a UTI... But this was way back when I was pg with Tia,
I've been forgetting to take my vitamins too... I'm really really naughty.. Its because I take all my meds first thing in the morning, but the vitamins need to be taken on a full stomach....so come evening time, I've forgotten... I feel like a really bad mum...

This is true Squig. I've always been terrible for going to the loo 'at the last minute.' Ive had three UTI's in this pregnancy. My doctor has now told me not to hold any amount of wee in my bladder or do pelvic floors until my current UTI has cleared up. I also have to go and empty my bladder all the time, even if there's only a small bit of wee in it. Stagnant wee builds up more and more bacteria, so I've been ordered to drink lots and keep flushing out my bladder constantly. Its a real pain to have to be close to a loo all the time i can tell you!
I don't and i REALLY should, i woke up in the night last night with a coughing fit and had to run to the loo cause everytime i coughed i pee'd even that didn't remind me to do them and even reading this i didn't do any .. somebody slap me cause i know i'l regret it big time when babs is here
I really should be doing them after my first pregnancy I had a prolapsed bladder and had to go to physio but strangely after Luke, my pelvic floor was really strong and it seems the same this time! most strange...
