Guess what? I've been willing this baby to come early for a couple of weeks now due to being so uncomfortable and tired, but this morning my friend rang me to say her little boy has chickenpox. She was due to look after my little boy when I go into labour!!! Now I'm petrified!! Just don't know what to do. My only other friend out here just flew back to England so she can't help me. My mum arrives on Sunday night so now I'm praying that the baby stays put until then
I was worried about leaving my boy anyway but now I'm totally freaking out about it :(

I just hope your little one can sense from you when is and when isn't a good time!

 don't know what to suggest on the looking after your little boy side of things, can only say bubs will come when it's ready lol

Hopefully your mum will be with you by the time you go into labour. If not, try not to worry as Chickenpox is contagious BEFORE the spots appear. That means it's likely to be transmitted a week or so before it becomes really noticeable on anyone.

I had Chickenpox at the grand old age of 31 and it was really painful and lasted almost 3 weeks for me. My son, who was only 6 at the time, had it only really mildly (about 6 spots for a few days). The younger the person is the milder they get it.
