its down here from now on hun as far as leaking fluids go lol, my daughter is 3 and sometime nows if i sneeze too hard or when ive been jumping and dancing around ive wet myself.

need my exercises as well but her big head has ruined my insides haha tmi i know sorry

I have come down with a cold today and tonight I sneezed 3 times a a little wee came out!! Ive been doing pelvic floor exercises every day too....tens lady here we come....lol
