Do you know what's REALLY sad Midna... I knew from the moment I saw your post that that equation is the formula for working out quadratic equations..

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Melon sounds like a good idea though

I find a glass of milk is great too, Gaviscon liquid, rennie chewy tablets (like softmints!) and my cousin swore by bananas.

Bread seems to give it to me plus the things I know I shouldn't eat like sweets, chocolate and crisps :(

Ive suffered heartburn for years now and have panicked about it now in pregnancy. The one thing I REALLY have problems with is chocolate and its the thing I love the most! I even get acid reflux when I bend over to pick something up, and bedtime is a nightmare. Currently using Gaviscon Liquid at night, even though the taste and gunky texture makes me gag. Can't do the chewy tablets as they taste horrible! Sleeping propped up a bit helps too!
