I've got my 20 wk scan tomorrow... I hope that all goes well! I'll update tomorrow :)
 
Got my 2nd 20 week scan tomorrow, since they couldn't see everything they needed to the first time :) So excited to see little Squidge again :D

Twinklin enjoy your scan, how is the kicking going?? still strong.. mine got a bit more of a routine since weekend... looks like we are going in the right direction :)
 
Hi Kat, yep she's been kicking away today - although not as much as yesterday :)

I hope it is kicking I'm feeling :P Like strong twitches, best description I can give, it's all I can think it is :)
 
Scan went great today, a very happy, healthy baby :) was waving and sucking it's thumb and kicking it's legs in the air, will put a pick up tomorrow. Stayed strong and am still team yellow, even though OH was desperate to know and the sonographer did say she knew but was very careful for us not to see anything. Can't wait to find out on the big day! :)

Also thank you for all of Max's birthday wishes he had a lovely day and was spoilt rotten! xxx

Hey girls, hope u are all well I had a trip up the stairs on Sunday morning onto my tummy and had the worst day of my life.. had to go get heartbeat monired and done myself some bruised ribs messed up jaw.. ive never been happy when they confirmed baby was fine for a min I really had convinced myself I was going to loose him its amazing how hard I fell on my tummy yet he is unaffected could not believe it!
Anyway I have a question about kicks. . His seem to be getting stronger every week but lately there changing sensation like proper tugs like hes doing rollie pollies in there. . When hes been kicking this weekend I keep getting a tugging feeling between my legs has anyone else ever had a sensation like this? It's making me squirm it feels weird n different from the usual kicks xx

I am not sure about tugging, but my movements down my bump feels like someone stomping his feet down my cervix. Very weird. At earlier stage they felt very weird and got me a bit worried as it felt like he is coming out but now after my bump moved up it just feels like stumping feet. I think it depends what is your baby position at certain moment.

Twinklin I would describe the kicks as strong twitches too so I think that's deffo what your feeling :)

Oh gosh Roxie that's awful, so glad baby is ok and make sure to rest up and get yourself better now! And I think the feeling you are describing is maybe baby kicking or punching your cervix lol not the most comfortable thing in the world lol! xx

Also just realised that I am 22 weeks today.
According to my ticker it is a week of baby workouts and playing somersaults. Haha happy to be a punch bag ;)

Yip V Day on Thursday, I'm currently lying in bed putting off getting up because I'm getting plenty of kicks... It seems baby likes to do a happy morning dance and a happy bedtime dance too as I don't really feel much during the day! Trying to enjoy every second! xxx
 
I wish I could still be in bed but college stars in 35 minutes and I am only getting into shower now :) opsss

Sorry to hear about what happened Roxie really glad you and lil one are ok :) I had a dream last night that I fell out of a tree and that was scary enough so can't imagine what you must have been feeling xx
 
Thx so much girls .. had a wee snoop on the Internet these very low kicks seem to be normal.. in the bath last night I had to stand up and wiggle about a bit to get him to move I honestly thought I was about to see a hand or a foot waving out haha! Xx
I see alot of girls are coming upto v day so happy v day everyone when it comes I have mines in 1 week cant wait what a milestone :) xx

Had my rescan, it was a bit scary, the sonographer was having trouble seeing the brain and chambers of the heart, she had to call someone in, but all was ok :)

As for gender re-confirmation, the baby was not playing! Her legs were crossed ans the umbilical cord between them :P

So we're still a tentative team pink :P
 
Roxie I'm so glad babies OK, it just goes to show how strong the little ones are. Have a good rest, put your feet up :-). Xxx

Happy 22 weeks kat , I'm 22 weeks tomorrow, time seems to be flying by. And we have girls reaching their v days , we will be in tri 3 before we know it xxx :-)
