Obstetrics appointment........

I had my scan date letter come through today and with it is an appointment at the obstetrics clinic (for a different day).... anyone know what this is and what it involves???

When I was pregnant with my son I had to go to the blood pressure clinic and see the consultant? Its maybe cos they want to keep an eye on you if something wasnt right in your last pregnancy?

I'd call them (the hospital department) and ask. I'm sure they will be able to explain why you've been asked to attend.
