Can anyone advise me on when you had yours fitted and where you got them from? Mothercare don't seem to be getting good feedback on here and would like to know where everyone recommends from their experiences? X

I like the Mothercare ones. But I'm only a B. I think for bigger ladies they aren't supportive enough, but that goes for a lot of maternity/nursing bras.

I'm planning to visit mothercare this Thursday, just before I'm 37 weeks.

I don't know where else there is to visit.... Xxx

I think a few people have recommended Bravissimo but I've never tried them.

I went and got fitted in Bravissimo on Saturday. Probably a bit early, but finding underwires not so comfy now, and my boobs are massive, so bravissimo was my only choice. Brought 2, they are very comfy, can fit pads in when I need to. My OH did joke they are the size of parachutes!! But as long as they do the job and are comfy I don't care at the moment xx

Hi, I have a local bra shop I went to but this is what I got and they sell on ebay as well - best thing ever did, was 36E pre pregnancy now think im a 36H cup:

The brand is Royce sping blossom nursing bra and here is an ebay link...

Its never too soon blueeyes, could never get on with nonwired maternity bras whereas this way I can grow into these (they allow for 3 cup sizes of growth) and if need to buy an extender, but at least getting practice in them now for when I hopefully breastfeed so dont have to get any more...I have three pairs and have had them for 3-4months now and they wear well...

Ah thanks everyone- sounds like mothercare will do the trick for my little chest then! I don't think we have a bravissimo here but mothercare is handy. Ha- blueeyes that made me laugh! You obviously got my share of boobies- although at the current B's they now feel ginormous!!

Well worth it willowburn n I am a fussy bra shopper! Also you can change it from bra to crop top depending on neckline of your outfit- multifunctional. ..

I went nursing bra shopping today......tried on a few different sizes in m&s. I went for a cup size bigger than what I am now. I ended up buying some m&s off ebay for a fraction of the cosy!!!

Personally, and this is only my limited experience, but I spent a fortune in m&s having been fitted there at 39 weeks last time and they have all been worn just the once. To me they were awfully uncomfortable and impractical for the day to day. Ended up getting some from George at Asda for £8 (sports bra type, sizing small, medium or large) and they have been fab! I am a D cup btw xxxx

Primark!! I found them in there yesterday and Im an F super comfy and pretty too :)
