this might be a daft question but do you get measured for a nursing bras just based on your size a few weeks before the birth and then have to get a bigger size once the milk comes in and you get bigger??

thanks x

I think you just up a cup size or two.I just got a bra with a bigger cup size, but i know loads of people on here who went and got measured proeprly for it.

My mom asked the lady in Mothercare how they measure them - apparently they take the size before birth, go down one number size, go up one cup size.. and apparently that's your nursing size..

so I'm a 36b at the moment and I was told to buy a 34c.

all i would say is try and get measured (if you get chance) as i went from a pregnancy size of 34c to a 36e when my milk came in
