Mods feel free to redirect me if this isnt the right place to ask but...

I have some vouchers for mothercare which run out in on the 1st of May and I wanted to get some nursing bras, but was told by the woman in there that I shouldnt get measured for one until 36 weeks :/ Is this right?

Surely I can just guestimate how much my boobs will grow? Is there like a standard of how much they will go up or down?

If I am completely wrong I will just have to get myself a new dress haha!

My boobs didn't change much later in pregnancy. I just bought a cup and back size larger and it was fine xx

Bra lady at marks and spencer told me women tend to go down a size round the ribs, and go up on average 2 cup sizes.

I'm a 38D, so expect to be fitted foe 36 E. I've always been 36E for nursing.
Best to start with a pack of 2. Also, better to be a bit big than too small. If they are too small can cause probs like mastitis, and blocked ducts.

Can you guess for now to use your vouchers, and keep the labels on so if your wrong you can swap the bras later on? X

Argh, silly baby brain haha! This is what I will do. Thankyou :)

Definitely keep receipts...

I got measured at m&s for nursing bras at something like 38 weeks. But they guessed too small. I had to buy new bras after a few weeks of breastfeeding :-(
