Nursing bras sizing?

I want to order some nursing bras online and i read on mothercare how to measure myself and atm im measuring 36D but the maternity bra which i got sized for is 38D so im going to get a 38 but how much did your cup size go up before having baby or whilst breastfeeding? it says usually 1cup but with my daughter i was a G cup by now and this time im only measuring between DD and E x

You know what I dunno how I managed but I never bought MAT bras for pregnancy with either of mine. They sat nice and erk in my normal bras though

Im really unsure about this too. I have bought a couple in my current size and just going to wait til after the baby gets here, to get some more. I imagine my back size will go down when he gets here and no idea about cup size.

I got my nursing bras around this time with my daughter as you need them before the babys here if your going to breastfeed as makes it easier. Im going to mothercare thursday after hospital so ill see what they say and ill let you know x

I have gone from a d to a f during this pregnancy and was measured at about 30 weeks last. I bought some new bras last week in a size bigger g because i know when my milk comes in they will be huge! I would say a cup size bigger than you are now would be what you need - maybe 2-3 bras. Don't forget once breast feeding is established your breasts should settle as you will produce less milk, so you'll be back in ones bought already. I alway like a few bras handy because i leak a lot in first few months

I went and got measured yesterday but the woman at mothercare said 38weeks is the best time and all the bras didnt fit me properly so iv got to go back at 38weeks or when my milk comes in and get measured x

I'm gonna go get measured after baby's born. Figured I won't be in desperate need for nursing bra's immediately as i'm only going to be pottering about the house for first week. I cant afford to get wrong size either lol x

I dont think i could have done without them even being at home after the birth. Your boobs will leak alot probably and its easier feeding. I dunno how people do it without them lol im going back after my next growth scan and hopefully my milk will have come in if not ill be waiting till it does. Youll no when your milk comes in anyway as they will go bigger and your current bra wont feel comfy anymore. x

Ive got 2 nursing bras that i brought weeks and weeks ago. My boobs have gone from 34d to a 34dd....thats it lol. Havn't changed alot at all! lol. yet somehow Ive got a fair few stretchmarks on them. Im going to wait until I know I can breastfeed ok and after day 3 of breast feeding, then theyll be all full of milk

The mothercare lady as going to let me buy a bra in a size bigger just incase baby comes early but none of them fitted properly so i didnt think it was worth it and i think iv got time to wait till next week so i might aswell, but if i go into labour then i think ill be getting my OH to go get me a sleep nursing bra at least so iv got something x
